HOW TO ORDER:
We accept orders from all over the europe, If you have any questions about the ordering process, please e-mail us on info@childstore.se

MEMBERSHIP
If you want to order items from chidlstore.se you have to be a member. The registration takes only a few seconds, and the membership is absolutely free.

SHIPPING

ALL international orders are shipped with UPS! All customers get a tracking number so they can follow their package during the whole transit time. All packages are fully insured for your security.
NOTE: It is not possible to have a shipping address that differs from the billing address.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept payment by the following cards:
VISA, MASTERCARD and EUROCARD
 
We are NOT able to accept payment by Check or Paypal etc, at the moment.

Note: Visa Electron is not valid in our store.


CURRENCY:
We charge all orders in SEK (swedish krona) and the rate is ca:

100 SEK = 15 USD
100 SEK = 9,50 BGP
100 SEK = 11 Euro

SHIPPING CHARGES: We just send inside the European Union : Freight per order is 150SEK, complete bikes are 250 SEK

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

DELIVERY TIME:
International shipping is 3-7 working days.


REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
NOTE: It is very important that you provide us with a telephone number that you use dring day time, preferably a cellphone number.

You can return an item within 14 days at your own expense. The item have to be un-used and in new condition. For example; do not send bikeparts  in envelopes and don't label any boxes, that will end with you not getting a full refund. We will either replace the missing item and send it to you freight-free or refund your money.

Both the returned item AND the packageing has to be in un-used as new condition, if the package is damaged we will charge a fee of at least 20% of the value of the merchandise or 150 SEK.

If you place an order and refuse the package when it arrives, you will not get a full refund for your order. You will be charged with the costs of the shipping fees, and also with an additional penalty fee of 10% of the orders value or at least 250 sek.
